01 Booking Your Appointment
When you submit the booking form, you are sending us a request for a time slot — not a guaranteed reservation. Your appointment is only guaranteed once the salon confirms it.
After you book, we send you a text message with a private link to your appointment. From that link you can view your appointment, cancel it, or reschedule it.
What each status means:
- Booked: We have received your request and the time slot is being held for you. The salon has not confirmed it yet.
- Confirmed: The salon has confirmed your appointment. The time slot is yours.
- Canceled: The appointment will not take place, and the time slot is released back to other customers.
02 Cancellations & No-Shows
After you book, we text you a private link to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule yourself from that link, subject to the rules below.
Cancellation Deadline
We do not accept cancellations within 2 hours of your appointment start time. Up to that point you can cancel or reschedule yourself from your appointment link. Once those 2 hours begin, the link will no longer make the change for you.
If you have already confirmed your appointment, the 2-hour deadline does not apply to you. Confirming tells us you are committed to coming, so we let you cancel or reschedule after that point if something changes.
No-Shows
If you have not arrived within 10 minutes of your appointment start time, we may mark your appointment as a no-show. Your time slot is then released and is no longer held for you.
If you are running late, or you need a change your appointment link will not make for you, please contact the salon directly using the details in Section 07.
03 Reference Photos
Some services cannot be booked without at least one reference photo of the result you are looking for. These services are:
- Dyes
- Baby Highlight
- Color Touch-Up
- Moisturizing Treatment
- Keratin Treatment
- Perm
You can upload up to 3 photos per booking. Each photo must be a JPG, PNG, or WEBP file of no more than 5 MB.
By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the right to upload it and share it with the salon.
We use your reference photos only to understand the result you are asking for, to judge whether it is achievable on your hair, and to prepare for your appointment.
We do not publish your photos or use them publicly — including on social media — without asking you first and getting your separate permission.

04 Service Results
Hair services are not the same for everyone. The starting condition of your hair, your hair type, its texture and porosity, any previous chemical treatments, and how you care for your hair at home all affect the result.
For that reason, the salon cannot guarantee an exact outcome or an exact color match to a reference photo. If your stylist believes the result you are asking for cannot be achieved safely in a single visit, they will tell you before starting the service.
05 Pricing
Every price shown on this site is a starting price, written as "starting at" the amount listed. Our services start from $8 and go up to $180 depending on the service.
These prices are estimates, not fixed quotes. The final amount can change depending on the length of your hair, the condition of your hair, and how long the service actually takes.
Your stylist will confirm the final price with you at the salon before the service begins.
06 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in how the salon operates or in applicable law. When we make a change, we will update the "last updated" date shown at the top and bottom of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
